Instrument-Wire and Electrode Sealing Glands are manufactured by Hydro-Pac to conduct instrument signals and electrical power into high-pressure chambers. They are designed for use with gases or liquids that are non-conductive. Ratings are 30,000 psi, 45,000 psi, 60,000 psi, and 200ºF. Electrode Glands are available for internal installation. They are attached inside the pressure chamber through a drilled hole in the bulkhead. Sealing is initiated by gland preload and is maintained by pressure. Instrument-Wire Glands are available for either internal or external installation. Internal glands are attached inside the pressure chamber through a drilled hole in the bulkhead. External glands are attached outside the pressure chamber with a standard high-pressure connection and 9/16 inch high-pressure tubing. Internal and external glands are furnished with 24 inches of 24-gauge, single-conductor extension wire on both ends. Longer wire is available.
