Hydro-Pac
Li'l CRITTER™ High-Pressure Pumps were designed to offer big pump reliability and service life in smaller machines.
These smaller versions of Hydro-Pac's large pumps are well suited for laboratory and light production applications. Available in 3 and 5 hp, for pressures from 15,000 psi to 100,000 psi.
The compact size of these machines allows bench, cart or floor mounting.
Intensifier Operation (how it works)
Features
Li'l CRITTER™ High-Pressure Pumps feature:
- Double-ended intensifier discharges in both directions of stroke.
- Pressure energized seals adjust automatically for wear.
- Water Cooled hydraulic oil prevents over-heating in continuous duty applications.
- Low inertia hydraulic drive allows starting under full load conditions.
- Reversible valve seats allow use of both sides prior to replacement of the seat.
- Hydraulic power unit pressure limiter protects against over-pressurization.
- CRITTER PUMPS eliminate the need for a large compressed air supply since they are electro-hydraulically driven.
